3. What are the steps for selling my iPhone?
a. Choose your model/color/network/locked-unlocked condition from the website
b. Click on the Trade in button on the right side of the page (below Add to Cart and Add to Wish List)
c. Select the condition--hover your mouse over the "like new," "good," "acceptable," and read descriptions to decide where your phone qualifies
Note: we re-grade the phones when we receive them and upgrade/downgrade based on actual phone condition.
d. Choose return option (select do not return the item if you are willing to receive a lower value based on the automated grading)
e. Submit
f. Print the shipping label
g. Box & Ship
Important: If you're trading in an Apple device, you must turn off the "Find my iPhone" feature before shipping your item to get paid. To do this, go to Settings > iCloud> Find my iPhone > Off
4. Do I need to get permission from my phone carrier to trade in or sell my iPhone?
No, but if you are still under contract with your carrier you may want to contact them for more information.
5. Do I have to have the earphones, charger, and other accessories that were included with my iPhone when I purchased it?
No, but the value of your Amazon Gift Card will be higher with all the accessories intact.

11. How do I switch off Find My iPhone?
If you no longer have the iPhone device because you shipped it, you need to remotely erase it before you can remove it.
a. Sign in to icloud.com/#find with your Apple ID (the one you use with iCloud). If you’re using another iCloud app, click the app’s name at the top of the iCloud.com window, then click Find My iPhone.
b. Click All Devices, then select the device.
c. Click Erase [device], then enter your Apple ID password. Because the device isn’t lost, don’t enter a phone number or message. If the device is offline, the remote erase begins the next time it’s online. You’ll receive an email when the device is erased.
d. When the device is erased, click Remove from Account. All your content is erased and you can now get full trade-in value
